And that’s another week of selfies! I’m getting used to seeing myself in pictures. I think. I still cringe a little to be perfectly honest.
Day 1: Hand knit open cardigan. Pattern is Geodesic Cardigan by Connie Chang Chinchio. The yarn is Blue Moon Fiber Arts Laci. I made this one when I was pregnant with souricette 2. It isn’t meant to close so it works with a big belly. I hadn’t worn it since pregnancy but I’m going to keep it out for the Summer. It’s a great little cover up for air conditioned buildings.
Day 2: Cappuccino top by Leisl + co.
Day 3: Colette Crepe dress. And I got Mr. Mouse to take the picture so no selfie!
Day 4: Colette Juniper. Best pants ever.
The sewing is slow going. I’m working on a Colette Moneta and it’s taking me longer than I thought it would. I’m seriously not sure I’ll be able to make 5 items but I’m going to keep trying. If I only make myself 4 things, that’s still 4 more handmade items in my wardrobe, right?
