As promised, here are the chimpanzees and lions!
But first, I have to confess something. I always feel a little indecent when I see monkeys at the zoo, especially chimpanzees and apes. If you look at them, you’ll see they have such human faces. They’re so very much like us. It makes me feel like I’m at one of those circus side shows where they put people on display to be gawked at.
But I love these chimpanzees and I hope that comes through in my pictures.

And now, kitties! Cats have always been my favorite animal and that extends to the big cats. We got to see them have their afternoon snack and the lionesses were particularly charming in their kitten like behavior.
