When I went for that walk through the woods, I followed a brook. Mostly frozen. You could still hear it. It’s amazing how much noise it still makes and it’s amazing how soon the song fades when you move away. But mostly, the ice. I don’t usually walk this trail in Winter so this was my first time seeing the brook in the cold. This is just a small sampling of the images I captured. All 7 of them the same brook.
