It got warm and sunny today! I really wanted to photograph the girls’ mittens on the snow. I knit them and they’ve been worn a lot. They’ve gotten a bit fuzzy, maybe even a little felted. I really wanted to capture their texture now that they’ve been so loved. But it was warm and sunny and the kids were all out. They needed their mittens. So instead, I roamed the house. The house gets picked up every Thursday. By Sunday night, it’s already completely trashed. It’s annoying and yet, I don’t know, I enjoy it? It looks liked happy children live there. Don’t make it any messier though or I’ll get hives… (No, not really, but I will get stressed out.)

Thursday to Sunday isn’t bad! If I pick the house up one day it’s a mess by that evening. It does make a house look full of happy kids though! =)
