Oh hey, I’m back! We moved in to our new place two weeks ago and there are still some boxes lying around… We have an awesome view from the rooftop but I haven’t had the time to get the camera up there. I’d like to catch a sunrise…
Anyhow, I did manage to get some pictures when we were traveling. These were taken when my parents and I took the girls for a walk in the woods. Gatineau Park; the same place where I took the frozen water pictures in fact. The water level was low. I tried a lot of different shots but ended up with only one I liked.
Even that one isn’t perfect… I should have closed up the aperture a little and bumped up the ISO to get more depth of field. Back on the road to the house, I stopped to get some close ups of the wild flowers that grow on the side of the road and in the field. 
Love this next one so much.
We call them “quenouilles”. I looked it up quickly but couldn’t find the word for them in English. Someone please tell me?
