And I am so not a food blogger! The strawberries turned out pretty because I brought them to the window. M had just washed them and the sunlight glinted off them.
And then, M set to work making ceviche. (It was delicious by the way.) I tried taking pictures of the process but white fish, white scallops, white calamari, white onion… There’s the cilantro to green it up a bit. But umm, yeah. Like I said, not a food blogger. The original plan was to bring the bowl to the window but it was dinnertime. Actually, I thought we were going to eat outside and that I would get plenty of sun. I tried to manage with the artificial light…
Tasted way better than it looks (though I do like the light).
And the squeezed out lime is cute, right? I had the hardest time getting the color to look halfway right…
