Photo Monday – Rhinebeck

_MG_3947

I went to the Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck again. I still have my 50mm lens on and am enjoying playing with it so much. I love the quality of the images I get from it. I have no plans to switch to another lens for the time being. I kept it pretty wide open again this week. I would have kept it as open as it goes but that makes getting animals’ eyes in focus much harder. I think I got my favorite sheep/goat images ever!

Fall colors were in full force outside but I didn’t get a lot of pictures because it started raining and M is still feeling a little under the weather.

I got a few pictures close to the koi pond. I love this image, even with the bright spot in the lower left corner.

The leaves at the bottom of the pond and the ones floating on the surface, the fish on the lower right side that almost looks like it’s flying… I just love it.

Creative mommy at home to two wonderful little girls, trying to juggle family, sewing, exercise, family, knitting, photography, and did I mention family?
