Flowers. Again.

When I made that pretty bouquet in November, I already knew I wanted to make another one in December. And I’ve been impatiently waiting for that November one to fade. The flowers were in water but they didn’t care. They just dried there, looking as gorgeous as before. The bud-berry-ish things turned dark but the yellow and the blue flowers kept their color. The flowers didn’t even fall off as we moved the vase around! I got sick of waiting yesterday and switched it out. I bought red berries, small white flowers, and these puffy green balls.

They just fit in the vase.

It was quite cloudy so photography conditions were dark. I had to bump the ISO up to 800 and that always makes my pictures grainy (thinking I may need to upgrade my camera to deal with that). I also ended up bumping down the exposure to -1 (it was at -1/3) after a while so some of the pictures are darker.

I can absolutely fix low exposure in the post process to a certain point but I also kinda like these darker, moodier pictures. This bouquet also likes a light and bright look too though.

I can’t decide what I like better…
