Rooftop Again

I’m running out of titles for these rooftop pictures…

The two trees in front of the building look like they’re dressed for Summer now. I don’t expect them to change much until Fall now.

I’ll still check them out every week, maybe even take a picture. Not sure sure I’ll share them though. They’re going to start being a little repetitive.

I went out a little later in the day this week, hoping to see more birds. It was still a little too early. I only got a starling and a mourning dove.

I went back after dinner but there weren’t any more birds. Other than another mourning dove.

I almost never see mourning doves on the sidewalk and I almost never see pigeons on the roof. It’s like they’ve split the neighborhood between each other, the pigeons taking the bottom and the mourning doves the top…

Another kind of bird came up on the roof. With her violin. She had a fight with her sister. Sister tried to escape to the roof. V followed with her violin and played it.

Make no mistake, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star was an act of war. (It’s a long story.)

And then, just some random shots from that evening. I’m running out of ways to explain this very eclectic collection. All that they have in common is that they were taken on the same day on the rooftop…

Creative mommy at home to two wonderful little girls, trying to juggle family, sewing, exercise, family, knitting, photography, and did I mention family?
